Datalounges Oy and its affiliates (“Datalounges”) are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. In this document Datalounges explains what kind of information it may collect and when visiting Datalounges web sites and using services provided by Datalounges (“Services”).
Name of the register: Datalounges customer register
Purpose of the register and justification: Purpose of the register is to maintain Datalounges customer register, collect registrations to events and activities organized by Datalounges, to manage customer relations and to provide outstanding Services to Datalounges customers. Information may be used used for Datalounges business development purposes, electronic and direct marketing, various analysis purposes and to build personalized content for Datalounges interest groups.
Datalounges may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, operations, and/or applicable law. Any changes will be posted here.
Information is collected and managed according to the EU general data protection regulations article 6 section 1

Datalounges may collect personal data when visiting a website, registering or subscribing to our Services, placing an order for Services, subscribing to updates from Datalounges or interacting with us in any other way. Providing such data may be mandatory or voluntary depending on the Service. Datalounges will inform you upon request which is the case.

Datalounges may share personal data with Datalounges affiliates regardless of their location for limited purposes. Datalounges has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to restrict access to personal data. Access is restricted to a need-to-know basis so that individuals such as employees and service providers, who need to access the data will only be able to use the data for the purpose it was collected for. Physical materials are always stored in locked storages.
Datalounges will store personal information as long as required for the purposes it was collected for, or as required to meet legal and/or regulatory requirements.
You have the right to access the personal data held by Datalounges that concerns you and request a copy of such personal data by contacting us at the email address indicated in this website. You have, when necessary, the right to have the data amended, rectified, or erased, if it is incorrect, inaccurate, imprecise, or outdated, or obsolete as regards the purpose of its processing.
If your request related to processing of your personal data is refused or if in your opinion your personal data has not been processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, you may bring the matter to the attention of the relevant data protection authority.

When visiting Datalounges web-based services and websites, Datalounges may also collect information about the use of such Services to enhance user experience and improve them.
